Needed something to prep puree without bringing out the pots and blender. Neat little thing here, quick too. It is a bit noisy when it blends (gave me a shock initially) but you'll get used to it. Good price!

Hubs and I are also eating the steamed veggies and the blended version for the baby. Super easy to handle and does almost all of the work. Would recommend it everyone who wants to cook fresh but with less own effort. Can't judge the quality due to just using it for a week, but seems very good.

First of all, the instructions for putting it together and first use weren't very clear and I felt that it didn't seem to click into place very easily at all. The basket for steaming is not big enough to batch cook loads of portions - it only does one meal for my son at a time which is not what I wanted! The blender seemed to really struggle when I tried to blitz up some cooked pasta and veg that was really soft - it left some of it untouched and smelt as if the motor was overworking and that was just on a little bit of pasta!!! In the end I just ended up tipping the food into a bowl and going back to my trusty hand blender! Much quicker and I can make big batches of meals for the freezer!
