Terrible product, we've regretted buying it so many times and we can't afford To simply buy another camera and monitor. Constantly freezes and loses connection, it only works better if it's right next to the router, if I move to another room the connection drops all the time and the image is constantly frozen. Extremely expensive for such a low quality product. I even have an additional WiFi access point but still no luck. All other WiFi devices work in our home, even cheap ones. This is the only product that doesn't.

This camera is terrible, avoid! I complained and got another sent out but with the same problems. Connection cuts off/ it freezes non stop. UNRELIABLE/ defeating object of camera because i habe to CONSTANTLY worry and re set it and check its not frozen. How many times baby wakes up crying and i have had no idea due to camera failing? It randomly flashes as if taking pictures which makes a noise. How many times has the camera woken the baby up? Im actually sitting writing this review infuriated as once again the camera is the cause of disturbing my babys sleep. I cant express how much i hate it and if i wasnt so broke after having a baby i would throw it down the toilet and get a camera that works. This is almost like MISREPRESENTATION as its not fit for purpose. Furious! Whoever made this.. well.. you should find another line if work my friend.

THE CAMERA IS GOOD, although the connection cuts out a lot which isn't good at night time when we are sleeping. I've woken up a few times through the night and had to re connect it. I was given the camera as a gift but I definitely wouldn't chose this camera.

I should have read the reviews. Unfortunately the camera doesn't show my baby just the room. It's Impossible to tilt the camera to actually see the baby so it's only good for sound. The description is therefore misleading. I will sadly have to buy another monitor from another brand.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ABSOLUTE WORST PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY. The camera has some fancy features that are useless because the video stream keeps dropping due to network connectivity often (despite having community fibre wifi) and even worse is the fact that the video stream FREEZES every time we use it. I could be viewing a picture of my baby peacefully sleeping on the app whilst he's crying and distressed in reality. The motion detection notifications are delayed and frankly very awkward interface while trying to check on baby. The motion detection moves around very noisily and the charging cable keeps falling off which it doesn't work without ! Has to ALWAYS be connected to charger to function! Material seems cheap. Expected a lot more for the price.

Wij hebben hem intussen 2 jaar. Ik zou deze zeker niet aanraden. Behalve Helder beeld en overal beelden kunnen bekijken is er weinig goeds aan. Camera's draaien steeds opnieuw in SD kaart stand, dus moeten we telkens opnieuw juist richten. SOMS GAAT DE CAMERA VANZELF UIT/AAN. ALS JE GELUID AANZET OP ACHTERGROND, STOPT HIJ MIDDEN IN DE NACHT MET ACHTERGRONDGELUID, ONMOGISCHE APP, JE KAN ENKEL INTSTELLINGEN VAN CAMERA WIJZIGEN ALS DEZE AAN STAAT, VEEL PROBLEMEN MET ACCOUNTS en bovenal: heel duur voor wat je er maar voor krijgt. Aja en het is geen IP camera, dus je kan op chrome cast maar 1 babyfoon tegelijk afspelen...

Truly awful product, cable falls out the back constantly, freezes regularly, an absolute nightmare to reset everytime you need to set up in a new place. App is slow, clunky, poorly designed. Flimsy plastic camera, would not recommend to anyone.

The only flaw I can see with this is that it needs your WiFi settings separated for 2.8G to be visible for setting up. Once done it is amazing, great picture, sound and extras.

Really disappointed with the camera, upon choosing this camera it ticked all the boxes...however . I can't count the amount of times It disconnects and I have to reload the app . Although My phone is set up to get the notifications neither myself or partner get the motion notifications on our phones just appears in a message on the app you have to check, this worked for about a month then just randomly stopped. The night vision light is quite bright I think Maxi cosi need to look at this to improve the design . I have to turn off the night light and use woth just audio as the light disturbs my son and wakes him. Shame it has the potential to be a good item if these things are changed.

I started using it at the beginning of February. Setting it up wasn't easy, very time consuming even with good wi if connection. If you will change provider of the Wi-Fi you need to set up whole camera from the beginning. Not only wi if connection. Impossible to take it away with you either. Connection cable broke already, camera keeps disconnecting. Tired to set it up at grandparents house however it won,t connect to the Wi-Fi. Brought it back home and it's stil not connecting so can't set it up. App for camera is not great either. Most likely you'll have 1gb of speed for it to work without any faults. If Wi-Fi will drop at night even if camera off it will still try to reconnect and blue light with keep blinking waking up the baby.
